Once you have provided us the key information we need, you can quickly and easily book a consultation at a time that works for you.

Talk it over with an expert

We will thoroughly review your unique case and in a 1:1 consultation, offer expert guidance on how to move forward to get the right outcomes for you.

Consultations are a minimum of 30 minutes either online or via voice call.

Take action

Following your consultation, you’ll receive a tailored 5-point action plan with clear guidance and useful resources, helping you respond confidently and professionally to get the best possible outcome to your situation.

About Us

4UHR provides independent HR advice and support to employees, not businesses, overcome modern workplace challenges that can often feel unfair, overly complex or difficult to navigate on your own.

 

We understand that support isn’t always available at times when you need it. HR teams can be hard to access, slow to respond or overly biased towards the business with you missing out on getting the best advice, support or outcomes for your unique issues. Raising issues with managers, who often play a key role in the issues you are experiencing can lack the time, experience or motivation to listen, understand and resolve what’s important to you.

Whilst services like ACAS and Citizens Advice can be great sources of information for HR and employment issues many people find these services too generalised - lacking the ability to provide personalised advice, too hard to access, too risk averse and with no ongoing support or case management.

 

Our services are designed to understand your unique situation and preferred outcomes before applying our extensive HR experience to provide you with thoughtful, practical steps you can take to get you the right outcomes, in the right way.
